Why does my order show as "Partial"?

An order is marked as "Partial" when we are unable to deliver it in full. In such cases, we automatically refund the balance for the undelivered portion.

Example:

If you order 10,000 followers for €10 and only 9,000 are delivered, €1 will be refunded to your balance.
