How to Use the Guarantee (Refill) Feature in Case of Drop

At Zefame, certain services come with a guarantee, also known as a refill. This feature allows you to automatically and freely recover any lost results (views, likes, followers, etc.) after your order has been delivered. Here’s a simple guide to help you understand and use the refill system.


What Is the Guarantee / Refill?



When a service is marked as guaranteed, it means that if you lose part of the results after the delivery (e.g., TikTok views), you can recover them for free using our automated system.
This only applies to services that include a guarantee (for example, “lifetime guarantee”), which is clearly mentioned in the service description when placing your order.


Steps to Use the Guarantee / Refill Feature



1. Go to the ORDERS Section


- Log in to your Zefame account.
- Click on the** Orders** tab in your dashboard.

2. Locate the Affected Order


- Find the order where you noticed a drop (e.g., decrease in TikTok views).
- Click on that order to view its full details.

3. Click the Refill Button


- At the bottom of the order page, you’ll see a button labeled Refill.
- Click this button to request a refill.

### 4. Automated Verification
- The system will check if a real drop occurred.
- If a drop is confirmed, a new order will be launched automatically and for free to restore the lost views, likes, or followers.


Conditions to Keep in Mind



- The Refill button can be used once every 24 hours. If you’ve already requested a refill, you’ll need to wait 24 hours before using it again.
- The refill option is available only for guaranteed services. If the service has no guarantee, the button will not appear.
- No refill will be triggered if no drop is detected by the system.
